To economically empower and sustain African American communities through entrepreneurship and capitalistic activity within the United States and via interaction with the African Diaspora.  This will be done by establishing relationships with local and national leaders to promote healthy lending practices with minority businesses.  This will be accomplished by a comprehensive review of current banking  laws and monitoring Community Reinvestment Act activities.  This will be ongoing.

To increase business development and growth via procurement, capital access and international trade.  The Chamber will identify contracting opportunities for minority contractors and develop effective lobbying campaigns that benefit those minority contractors.  This will be ongoing.

To strengthen and build on existing African American and other minority businesses to better serve the African American community.  This will be done by educating the businesses and offering technological support that promotes an awareness of the E-Commerce community to the members.  To do that the Chamber will establish the framework for business to business and business to consumer relationships.  The chamber will establish monthly meeting topics, organize business development seminars and host community business round table discussions that spotlight business programs and maintain a business resource library. This will be ongoing.

To teach capitalism and expand access to capitalization, technical support, procurement opportunities, effective networking and sharing of information for black owned businesses and other minority owned businesses as we'll as the African descendant community as a whole.

To maintain a vehicle for disseminating information concerning this objective through the chambers located throughout the United States and the entire Diaspora via mass marketing.  This will be accomplished through our marketing and public relations activities and supported by a promotion of public awareness of the chamber and supported by articles for the media to include our own newsletter.  This will be ongoing.
